What’s happening to
justice?
Is trial by your peers
meaningless if lawyers
choose
those steered by
puppeteers?
Both sides are given the
same facts
and then debate begins.
It’s very strange that
different tacks
decide who sinks or
swims.
Observers find the jury’s
choice
of either ”pro” or “con”
leaves them unsure that truth
prevailed…
just best orator won.
