High Winds

Born in Chicago, Illinois,

it was called the windy city.

The gusty winds would all annoy

and usually made me angry.

Now I live near Tucson, AZ...

for thirty years the mountains high

were the sight I would love to see.

Then global warming came,

and our strong winds near make me fly.
