Recall Trump’s Wall
When Prez Trump ever signs a Bill,
the funds do not belong to him.
Congress declares what is its will...
once signed, the prez can’t change or skim.
Trump builds a wall with funds filched
from programs to aid our Land in need.
Trump feels he needs to calm his base
or next vote he’ll be pilloried.
