Years ago, pols passed a law...
as usual without our aye.
They said a child born past our fence
was now, as we, who earned our stay.
Now his parents state it's fair
the family was vetted too,
when voters never had a voice
in child, or perps, had that as due.
Eleven million people now
have made it past our fence.
They all now stay and have their say
with every known pretense.
When our pols enact vague laws
we should replace them without pause.
