Free Speech
Some lay on tracks or
hug a tree...
they march for “cause
celebrity.”
They merely want to
strut some stage
and boast their name
shares the marquee.
But, we must vow defend "free speech"...
pledge time and ear be
granted each.
Yet, know our chore is to
deduce
if good or
ill does prod or preach.
It’s sad a cause on
May Day
too often leads to
melee.
