Those who have died to stem the tide

of foes who would destroy our land.

Each May their souls are glorified

and praised for their historic stand.

 

Celebrations fill the country,

but if you can’t attend,

remember that they kept us free,

so on this day love send.

Senators, Define Militias

Constitution, Amendment II,

discusses the “Right to Bear Arms.”

Militias at that time were due

to quickly react to alarms.

 

They had to be in harmony,

security for the army.

After seventeen hundred eighty-nine,

time would choose what they’d divine.

 

Now senators read all those rules

and try to use them as they are.

But they often think like fools...

their militias are bizarre.

{So are their laws.}

Another assault on humans

with a weapon designed for war.

In the State of Texas any guns

can be carried if your mature.

A man of eighteen attacked a school

and children and adults he slew.

When is this nonsense going to end?

When will our laws good souls befriend?

When will Congress stop the killing?

When will GOP be willing?

Stop all the brokers who now sell

war weapons to all  clientele.

Then stop all pols from taking pay

any more from the NRA.

 

Trump Rallies Buy Sleaze

It really is not funny

for Trump to use rally money

to help idiots win a seat...

with base's money to compete.

{They are his puppets, little more,

and in Congress they will but snore.}

To Trump

You said you'll save the Middle Class,

and also help the poor.

But you just helped the millionaires...

for all the rest you’ve spread manure!
