The Laureate-You Who'd Lead

When on the bridge and sense foul breeze,
the course you take must all fears ease.
If you would save the Ship of State,

The Laureate-Impasse

Is how our pols create morass.
How few the country's problems solved
with pachyderm and ass impasse.
Not invented here the cause
that Red and Blue cannot pass laws.

{The way to have this problem solved
is Red and Blue be both dissolved.}

to demur the peoples voice,

The Laureate-Superdelegates

Why are we asked to vote our choice,
if delegates can mute our voice.
These delegates need not reveal

{Politics!}
